Doris,
Rose is my colour, and white
Pretty mouth, and green my eyes
I see men come and go
but there will be one who will collect
My soul and come to me
![]() When Spring unlocks the flowers to paint the laughing soil.
When memory haunted in awaken dreams
It's time to bury it deep
the vanished everbefore
and breath it in
the promising everafter
-- so long my bittersweet 05-06 winter
Why I'm So Tired上班时无聊到极点, 随便goole 了下 “so tired" , 然后就看到了这个。。 有意思play with numbers
For a couple years I've been blaming it on iron poor blood, lack of vitamins, exercise, dieting and a dozen other maladies. But now I found out the *real* reason;
And you're sitting there playing around on the Internet!
- The End
The moments Oscar will rememberWho says you can't have your Jon Stewart and Billy Crystal, too?
With his low-key delivery and a boost from a very funny intro, 78th Annual Academy Awards host Jon Stewart got the party rolling Sunday night with some small-to-big laughs, despite a lineup of serious-subject nominees.
On film, Indiana's favorite funny son, David Letterman, was there, pretending to baby-sit former host Steve Martin's (fake) kids, while past hosts Billy Crystal and Chris Rock poked their heads out of a tent, a homage to "Brokeback Mountain." Whoopi Goldberg, another past host, said no, and Martin (who appeared with "his" white-haired kids) found clever ways to dodge the job of host.
But Mel Gibson showing up speaking Mayan? That was just funny-weird.
Some observations:
Great use of film: The golden-washed lead-in to the show, with a giant golden Oscar as the centerpiece of the city.
Best actor: Philip Seymour Hoffman got it for "Capote," and Heath Ledger looked pale. Hoffman congratulated his mother for bringing up four kids alone.
Fashions: Women in black. Men in black.
Silliest moment: Presenter Ben Stiller pretending to be invisible while wearing a green screen
unitard.
Funniest topical jokes: Stewart said Bjork was trying on her Oscar dress "and Dick Cheney shot her." Well, she did come dressed as a swan once. And "Martin Scorsese, zero Oscars, Three 6 Mafia, one."
Biggest upset: "Crash" won, making a molehill out of "Brokeback Mountain" with an upset win for best picture.
Animated moment: Chicken Little and Abby Mallard from "Chicken Little" ragging on Disney for their shabby wardrobe, and no pants for ducks!
Most relaxed winner: George Clooney, who said his win meant he wasn't going to get best director.
Worse intentional makeup: Will Ferrell and Steve Carell cracked up everybody with their bad makeup jobs, touting the skills of movie makeup artists.
Best props: Big stuffed penguins carried onstage by the "March of the Penguins" documentary winners, and small bow ties for the Oscars that matched the floppy bow ties of the "Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit" winners.
Lovely moment: Violinist Itzhak Perlman playing in front of a montage of movies nominated for original score.
Heartfelt: Honorary Oscar winner director Robert Altman ("Nashville," "The Player") said, "I'm here under false pretenses. Ten, 11 years ago, I had a total heart transplant. I got the heart of a young woman in her late 30s. By that calculation you may be giving me this award too early. I think I've got about 40 years left on it." |
